Psychotherapy is a co-created experience, that aims discovery and transformation through curiosity, conversation, and collaboration.

Who I Work Best With
You may feel like a good fit for this work if you:
• Appear high-functioning on the outside but feel stuck or dissatisfied inside
• Struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or chronic self-doubt
• Notice repeating patterns in relationships
• Feel responsible for others’ emotions or needs
• Sense that early experiences may still be shaping your present
• Want deeper understanding, not just coping strategies
• Are looking for thoughtful, insight-oriented therapy
How My Approach is Different
Our sessions offer a reflective space to think together about what’s troubling you. Through attuned listening and a blend of heart and mind, I help you uncover the deeper patterns, emotions, and unconscious dynamics shaping your experience, drawing on your stories, dreams, and the wisdom of the body.
This work supports meeting yourself with greater compassion while allowing change to unfold in ways that feel organic and sustainable. As insight deepens, many clients experience more clarity, flexibility, and freedom — less driven by old patterns and more able to live with choice and intention.
Clients often describe feeling deeply seen and understood while also gently challenged in ways that lead to meaningful, lasting change.
Curious About How To Get Started?
Your journey has already started if you are here and feel inspired to take the first step. We can connect over the phone for an initial consult call, where we talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, explore what you’re hoping for, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session.
What People Are Saying
"Zeynep is an incredibly caring, sensitive and astute clinician. She has the rare combination of being both accepting and compassionate as well as having the ability to be firm and hold clear boundaries with her clients. She will not hesitate to tackle difficult issues with you, but she does it in such a way that you feel seen, cared for, and safe. There is a depth to her work that is very powerful, drawing on her intelligence, intuition, creativity and love. She is amazing to work with, and I'd highly recommend her as a psychotherapist." C. K.
"I came to therapy because of depression and anxiety that has been with me for much of my life but has been hitting me harder in my late 20s. Often times, I would feel inadequate at work. I constantly compared myself to others and would judge myself for my many imperfections.
In the course of the 2+ years I have worked with Zeynep, I have undergone a profound albeit subtle transformation. Although feelings of depression, anxiety, and self-worth still creep up from time to time, I now have many tools and resources that I did not have before and I now know deeply inside that I am a good person and worthy of people treating me well. And I sincerely attribute this growth to Zeynep. She has been consistently compassionate and loving and I don't know where I would be without her. Thank you Zeynep." J. M.
"I have found Zeynep to be both gentle and warm and also direct and forthcoming when needed in order to help clients come out of their stuck places. She has a calm and accepting energy that helps people feel safe and open up with some difficult material that can be hard to talk about. She brings a lot of intuition, clinical knowledge, and wisdom to her work with young women in helping promote healthy boundaries and cultivating a stronger voice. She has a lot to offer to people as a therapist and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to cultivate more self awareness and empowerment and live a more balanced life." M. M.
