In individual therapy, I offer a safe and confidential space to work with developmental and childhood trauma, exploring how early experiences shape our sense of safety, self-worth, connection, and anxiety over time.
Psychedelic Integration and Preparation
I offer preparation and integration work as part of a broader psychotherapeutic process, supporting clients by thoughtfully preparing them for non ordinary states of consciousness and in making sense of what has emerged and in grounding insights into everyday life.
