I am a licensed psychotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience, practicing in Denver in person and offering teletherapy in California.
I deeply believe in our human capacity to uncover a unique sense of purpose and to live a life that feels meaningful and alive. Early on, that belief led me to my own path: helping people feel truly heard and seen, gently challenging the ways they may be limiting themselves in life and relationships, and supporting them as they wake up to their own potential. As I continue my own journey of growth and self-actualization, I’m here to walk alongside you as you discover a truer, more authentic version of yourself.

My path to becoming a psychotherapist wasn’t linear. Before this work, I spent several years in business and teaching, which gave me a grounded understanding of the pressures, roles, and expectations many people carry. I also come from an international background and was born and raised in Turkey. Moving between cultures and worlds has shaped how I listen and how I understand people; it’s given me a deep appreciation for complexity, nuance, and the many different ways we navigate belonging, identity, and change. All of this informs the way I sit with you: with curiosity, respect, and a real-world sense of what it means to build a life.
I’ve been on both sides of the therapy room—for many years as a client and for over a decade as a therapist. I know firsthand how vulnerable it can feel to open up, and I also know how profoundly transformative this work can be when there is safety, honesty, and a strong therapeutic relationship. Again and again, I’ve seen people gain deeper understanding and acceptance of themselves, loosen old patterns, and move toward lives that feel more congruent and fulfilling.
Most people who come into my practice are struggling with a sense of stuckness in their lives or relationships, a feeling of loss or failure, or a persistent unhappiness that can show up as anxiety, depression, addictive patterns, or a kind of inner emptiness. Others arrive with a quieter but powerful longing for deeper meaning and a more purposeful way of living. My job is to listen closely for the underlying forces shaping your experience—often outside of conscious awareness—and help you make sense of them in a way that brings relief, clarity, and new possibilities.
At my core, I’m approachable, engaged, and down-to-earth. I bring warmth, thoughtfulness, and clinical rigor to our work as well as emotional safety and depth. If this resonates with you—if you feel ready to explore your inner world with support—I’d be honored to connect. You’re welcome to reach out and schedule a consultation to see whether working together feels like a good fit.
