Psychotherapy lasts as long as we consider it to be valuable to you. Some clients are able to get what they need in a matter of months, some continue to benefit from it for several years. I have found that allowing time and space for your unique experience and journey to unfold organically is helpful for a more depthful process and genuine transformation to take place. You have the choice to wrap up and end therapy whenever you feel like it is the right call for you and we can always have a direct and open conversation about it.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Longer sessions can be arranged if you decide that would be more helpful for you. For therapy to be optimally effective, we meet on a weekly cadence. Sometimes, people benefit from 2 or 3 times a week sessions. This allows for a much deeper exploration - strengthening affect tolerance and containment, deepening emotional continuity, and bringing unconscious forces into focus more intensely.

I offer in person sessions in Denver; however if you would like virtual sessions that is also available as well as a hybrid. For all clients who reside in California, Texas and and outside Denver, CO, I offer virtual sessions.

Session fees are due at the end of each session. I accept cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. I do not accept insurance; however, I do provide a superbill each month if you would like to use your insurance's out of network coverage. Please call your insurance company for details.

My session fee is $220/50 min session. Longer sessions are available and are prorated. There may typically a $10 annual increase in accordance of general inflation. Depending on availability, there may be sliding scale spots. Please inquiry directly.

It is utmost important that you feel comfortable enough with me. Sometimes, it is clear and apparent from the beginning that we are a good fit. Sometimes, it can take a few sessions to feel into that clarity.
