Psychedelic Preparation & Integration

When familiar structures fall quiet, a deeper intelligence can emerge.

I offer psychedelic preparation and integration psychotherapy, supporting clients in reflecting on non-ordinary states of consciousness and grounding emotional, relational, and somatic insights into everyday life.

Our work together focuses on reflection, emotional insight, nervous-system regulation, meaning-making, and the integration of experiences into daily life, relationships, and identity. I offer preparation and integration as part of psychotherapy and our work does not include facilitation, substances, or encouragement of psychedelic use.

My approach to this work is informed by psychodynamic understanding, somatic awareness, and mindfulness-based practices, with attention to safety, pacing, and integration over time with careful attention to trauma processing and resolution.

Preparation

If you are thinking about exploring non ordinary states of consciousness through psychedelics, I can support you in preparatory work where I focus on helping you cultivate a grounded and reflective mindset, explore your motivations and hopes, and deepen your capacity for self-awareness. Preparation includes exploring your intentions, identifying supports and challenges in your life, and developing tools for emotional regulation and nervous-system balance. Together, we build a therapeutic container that supports you in showing up as fully and safely as possible to whatever experience lies ahead.

Integration

Integration is the reflective psychotherapeutic work that happens after a psychedelic experience has occurred. It is a time and space to slow down, make sense of what emerged, and begin to weave insight into daily life. In integration sessions, we explore what you experienced emotionally, cognitively, relationally, and somatically, and consider how these themes intersect with your intention, habitual patterns, and relationships. This work is about grounding insights that are gained in the experience, strengthening self-understanding, and translating meaningful moments into sustainable shifts in how you relate to yourself and your world. Our focus is on reflection, emotional processing, nervous-system regulation, and practical application of insight over time in the context of your life.
